Without in-the-wild testing, we’d be left to guess how users are interacting with a given application. Maybe they are unaware of some key features. Maybe the app is rendering incorrectly. Maybe certain fucntionalities don’t work as expected on their device. Or maybe they’re just using it the wrong way.
